One of the hardest
things is to confess stuff. And for me I am
confessing that I AM FAT.
Now I might not be as
fat as some people, but in my mind I still am FAT
and I hate it, but now is the time for change. I
also want to confess a few more things : The last
time I ever went swimming was 13 years ago in High
School when I HAD to swim for class. I triple
layer my shirts.
Example is I wear a
tighter “wife beater” tee shirt, then I put on a
one size larger “white tee”, then I put on a
button up shirt, which is again a size larger then
I “should” wear. This creates the look that HIDES
my fat.
I eat fast food more
then I eat “home cooked” food, and I have a
million excuses why I choose fast food over “home
cooked” food (ex; I am working all day, I’m too
tired to cook, I don’t feel like defrosting the
meat in my freezer ect..). I always think people
look at me thinking “wow he has a weird body
shape” , or “boy hes a fattie” I confess that the
childhood “nicknames” I was called because of my
size still stick with me, and I hate it.
I also confess that I am
ready to make a change, and not a short term
change, but a life long change in how I look.
